Karyn is an animal behavior specialist who has trained pets professionally since 1977. Her niche is in the area of education. Karyn is committed to helping the community become more aware of how Invisible Fence® Brand solutions can resolve unwanted behavior problems.
Robert is Karyn's son and has been involved in the Invisible Fence® business since the young age of 16. He is also the manager of both dealerships, Phoenix and Tucson. Growing up as the son of a dog trainer he is naturally knowledgeable about dogs, dog behavior and training.
Stephanie is our leading installation and service technician in the Tucson area. She has been a part of the Invisible Fence® of Southern Arizona dealership since 1999. Her experience and integrity has added much to our reputation as a reputable Invisible Fence® dealer. She has also taken the extra step to become a certified Invisible Fence® trainer and continually improves her training skills under the mentorship of Karyn Garvin.
Ian is responsible for all aspects of the Invisible Fence® dealership in the Phoenix area. He has been a part of our dealership since the young age of 16 as well. Ian has been mentored by Karyn and Robert Garvin and deserves a gold star for always having an outstanding attitude.
Erin is responsible for all aspects of Garvin's Pet Doors. She can help you with selecting the right door, the best location as well as tips on training your pet to use it. For purchasing a new door, installation, or finding replacement parts for an existing door you will want to talk to Erin.
Vicky is our life line. She is the primary person who answers our phones, provides over the counter assistance and will provide you with answers to your questions.
Pam's speciality is accounting and billing, but she can also help direct you with any questions you may have.
